Return & Refund Policy

Every item in our store is custom printed to order — made just for you when you place your order. Because each product is made on demand, we do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases.

Size exchanges: If your item doesn't fit, you can exchange it for a different size within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the exchange. To request an exchange, contact us at kshopping417@gmail.com with your order number.

We stand behind our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at kshopping417@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no return shipping required.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
